A Practical Guide: Prosecuting Hate Crimes
The IAP has been working with ODIHR (The Office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights) which operates under the auspices of OSCE (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe) to produce guidance on the prosecution of Hate Crime. The intention will be to launch this guidance at the World Bank Law Justice and Development Week in Washington in October 2014.
A near final draft is now ready and whilst there has already been extensive consultation - any IAP members who would like to consider the document should apply to Elizabeth Howe, IAP General Counsel elizabeth.howe@cps.gsi.gov.uk .
The closing date for this consultation exercise is 28th July 2014’
