The session will highlight the importance of transnational investigations and prosecutions, drawing on practical experience and a case study illustrating the challenges encountered in a cross-border case, and explore the practical relevance of OCTOPUS for prosecutors and law enforcement professionals working on environmental crime.
The webinar will conclude with a live demonstration of the OCTOPUS platform, showcasing its key functionalities and resources.
The attendees will be invited to participate in live Polls during the session.
This 60-minute webinar will be held in English. Attendees will have access to live translated captions via the Zoom platform. All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
