This webinar will explore a trauma-informed approach to sexual assault investigations and prosecutions, with a focus on conducting interviews with child witnesses and trauma-informed courtroom practices.
The presenters will discuss interview techniques, strategies to minimise re-traumatisation, approaches that support accurate and reliable disclosures, and courtroom practices that support a child-centred approach.
