This webinar will examine the legal framework governing the production and admissibility of third-party records and private records in sexual assault proceedings in Canada. It will explore the privacy interests of complainants, alongside the accused’s right to make full answer and defence. 
 
This 60-minute webinar will be held in English. Attendees will have access to live translated captions via the Zoom platform. All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

The webinar is open to all IAP organisational and individual members and will be recorded.
