This webinar will examine how prosecutors can develop and present a persuasive case theory that connects the legal framework with a compelling presentation of the facts.
Part I will address building a fact-based narrative grounded in the law.
Part II will explore how to apply storytelling techniques - theme, framing, perspective, and strategic emphasis - to enhance persuasion and clarity.
Prosecutors will gain practical tools to strengthen case presentation from initial theory development through to closing argument.
