This webinar will examine institutional models and procedural safeguards used in different jurisdictions to regulate the allocation of criminal cases within prosecution services. Particular attention will be paid to mechanisms such as automated case distribution systems, hierarchical oversight, internal regulations, and accountability measures designed to minimise risks of manipulation or selective assignment.

The discussion will focus on comparative practices, challenges in implementation, and possible reforms aimed at strengthening transparency, efficiency, and fairness in prosecutorial case management.
