Notice of Postponement: 31st IAP Annual Conference and General Meeting, Riyadh

The International Association of Prosecutors (IAP) and Public Prosecution of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regrets to announce that the 31st IAP Annual Conference and General Meeting, scheduled to take place in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from 15-18 November 2026, has been postponed. 

The IAP wishes to express its sincere appreciation to the Public Prosecution of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the considerable effort, commitment and resources invested in preparing for the Conference. We remain committed to working closely with our hosts towards delivering a successful future conference in Riyadh. Information regarding revised dates will be announced as soon as it becomes available. 

Association Governance Meetings 

The Association's governance meetings will proceed in November 2026 in accordance with the IAP Constitution. Members are advised that the General Meeting will be held online, with further details and participation arrangements to be circulated in due course. 

Registration Fee Refunds 

All registered participants who have paid a conference registration fee will receive a full refund in accordance with the published registration policy on the conference website. Refunds will be processed directly by the IAP Secretariat, and participants will be contacted only if additional information is required. 

Please note that, as set out in the published policy, we are unable to reimburse other expenses, including travel, accommodation, visa costs or related arrangements. 

We recognise that this postponement will be disappointing, particularly for those who have already made travel and other arrangements. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and thank members, speakers, sponsors and participants for their understanding, patience and continued support.
