This webinar will examine emerging crime types and the resulting increase in cases involving concurrent jurisdiction. It will explore a range of cross-border offences, including cybercrime, child sexual abuse, terrorism, and fraud. 

The session will consider both the challenges and opportunities presented by concurrent jurisdiction cases, highlighting the importance of early collaboration between jurisdictions during investigations. It will also present case examples to illustrate how such matters are managed, including the decision-making processes and strategic approaches used to progress them.

This 60-minute webinar will be held in English. Attendees can access live translated captions via the Zoom platform during the session. All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance. 

The webinar is open to all IAP organisational and individual members.
