Special issue on Justice and Accountability for Sexual Violence in Conflict: Progress and Challenges in National Efforts to Address Impunity

As part of the commemoration of the 10-year anniversary of United Nations (UN) Security Council Resolution 1888 (2009), the United Nations Team of Experts on the Rule of Law and Sexual Violence in Conflict and the Journal of International Criminal Justice have published a special issue on Justice and Accountability for Sexual Violence in Conflict: Progress and Challenges in National Efforts to Address Impunity. Bringing together scholars and practitioners from across the globe including PSV Network Advisory Council members Patricia Sellers and Susana SáCouto, and with the involvement of PSV Network Executive Committee member Laurel Baig, this collection provides insights from domestic prosecutions in a wide range of jurisdictions.
