The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) under the IPACS (International Partnership Against Corruption in Sport) Task Force 4 are developing a publication, provisionally entitled "A Legislative Guide on Good Practices in Tackling Bribery in Sport: Good practices and recommendations on the application of national anti-bribery legislation to cases of corruption in sport" which aims to offer guidance to lawmakers, policymakers, prosecutors and officials to effectively address corruption in sport.  UNODC and IOC are organising a process involving representatives of governments, international organisations, sports bodies and the private sector to review the draft publication in order to contribute their expertise.

If you have expertise in this area and would like to provide feedback on the draft publication, please email the General Counsel at gc@iap-association.org and she will forward you the draft text and also details on how to provide feedback.  There is an option to sign up to participate in a virtual meeting of experts on 12 June 2023 and/or to provide written feedback by 16 June.
