The passing of Mr. Saak Karapetyan, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation

It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear friend and newly elected member of the Executive Committee Mr. Saak Karapetyan, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. Wednesday night Saak Karapetyan died in a helicopter crash.

Saak was a great supporter to the IAP and our activities and his always optimistic and embracing personality and his contagious good mood will be deeply missed. We convey our sincere condolences to his family and all those affected by this loss. Letter of condolence
