Council of Europe Call for Tenders

The Co-operation Programmes Division of the Department for the Implementation of Human Rights, Justice and Legal Co-operation (DGI) of the Council of Europe is launching an international call for tenders for the provision of international consultancy services in the field of criminal justice, with the focus on war-related crimes and violations committed during armed conflict/war, international humanitarian law and international criminal law, and legal remedies for war-affected people.
