The conference will be held at Four Seasons Nile Plaza Hotel, which is a five starts hotel located in the heart of Cairo in front of beautiful Nile in Garden City district and surrounded by many attractive places like Egyptian Museum.

All the participants are requested to book their accommodation at the hotel of the conference that is Four Seasons Nile Plaza. The host agreed with the hotel to get a great discount amounts to 30 percent of the costs. The price list for the rooms will be as following ;

200 USD pernight for Normal Room, and

220 USD pernight for superier room and 

245 USD pernight for Room with Nile view.

Should you select another hotel, then the host will not be responsible for their entrance to the conference sessions on due time, as the security measures may take a lot of time.
