Registration Information

Registration for participation in the 16th IAP European Regional Conference is open for official representatives of IAP Organisational Members and Individual Members preferably from the countries within the region, as well as for some special invited guests.

Limitation of participants

The number of participants is limited to 70 - 100. Hence, registrations are accepted in accordance with the "first-come first-served" principles. Non IAP Members are welcome to participate subject to availability, on the basis that they are expected to join the IAP upon attendance (if fulfilling criteria).

Please note: The host reserves the right to limit a number of delegates from countries that are over-represented to ensure an equal balance in the regional representation.

Registration fee

The registration fee is 200 EUR. The fee does not include international- and arrival transportation nor accommodaton, which has to be settled upon departure directly with the hotel.

Registration entitlements

The conference fee entitles participants to the following:

  • All official documentation including the conference programme and proceedings
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks related to the official conference programme
  • Lunches served as part of the official programme
  • Welcome Reception (Monday 22 May 2017)
  • Conference Dinner (Tuesday 23 May 2017)
  • Farewell Reception (Wednesday 24 May 2017)
  • Any transfers related to the social programme
  • List of participants

Please note: A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Conference Secretariat ( All bank charges for remittance are to be born by the payer.

When payment has been successfully processed the Conference Secretariat will send a letter (voucher) confirming your participation in the conference. If this letter has not been received within two weeks after your bank transfer please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Optional payment of the registration fee: On site at the Conference Venue during the registration process (on May 23, 2017 from 8:30 to 9:00 am).

Cancellation terms

Cancellations received on or before 17 March 2017

100% of the registration fee will be refunded – except from 5 – 7 % to cover administration expenses


Cancellations received on or before 18 April 2017

50 % of the registration fee will be refunded

Cancellations received hereafter

We regret that no refunds will be issued. Substitutions will be accepted at any time up to 7 days before the conference provided that full details are submitted to the conference unit
