In case you are going to travel to Sochi and back through Moscow it’s recommended that you stay at the Metropol Hotel. Metropol is a historic hotel right in the centre of Moscow just near the Bolshoy Theatre. It is less than 3-minutes walk from the Kremlin and the Red Square.

Hotel in Sochi

The participants of the forthcoming Conference are recommended to stay at; Radisson Blu Resort and Congress Centre where the Conference will be held.This modern 5-star hotel is located in the so-called Russian Riviera seaside surrounded by the picturesque Caucasus Mountains and the Black Sea. 

The hotel is located in a 4-minute walk from the Olympic park where the XXII 2014 Olympic Winter Games were held and located close to the International Airport in Sochi (4 km) and the Adler railway station (5 km).

The organizers and the Hotel agreed on special accommodation costs for the participants of the Conference (for the period from 9 to 12 November 2015):

• indoor and outdoor swimming pools, SPA-zone and gym,
• free Wi-Fi,
• satellite TV,
• basic toiletries of the French brand “Anne Semonin”,
• VAT 18%.
