Nuremberg: International conference May 2019

The event will take place at the historic Courtroom 600 in the Nuremberg Palace of Justice in Nuremberg, Germany.
The International Nuremberg Principles Academy, is pleased to announce and invite you to the international conference "Paving the Path of Human Rights: Synergies between International Criminal Law and UN Agenda 2030" dedicated to the advancement of the synergies between international criminal law (ICL) and the United Nations Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development (UN Agenda 2030).
Due to the nexus of the objectives of ICL and the human rights movement, the conference will identify the elements of ICL that would be able to contribute to the advancement of the UN Agenda 2030 from three angles: Access to Justice, Access to Remedy and the Role of Human Rights Defenders.
