Registration information

Registration for the 4th IAP Global Forum for Associations of Prosecutors  is open for representatives of prosecutors' associations from all over the world. We also welcome prosecutors from countries considering to establish an Association of Prosecutors.

Limitation of participants

The number of participants is limited to 50. Hence, registrations are accepted in accordance with the "first-come first-served" principles. You are thus encouraged to register early to avoid any dissapointment.

Registration fee

The registration fee is 200 EUR (100 EUR for Accompanying Persons). The fee does not include international- and arrival transportation nor accommodaton, which has to be settled upon departure directly with the hotel.

Registration entitlements

The conference fee entitles participants to the following:

  • All official documentation including the conference programme and proceedings
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks related to the official conference programme
  • Lunches served as part of the official programme
  • Cultural Village Tour (Thursday 6 September 2018)
  • Dinner & Cultural Story Telling (Thursday 6 September 2018)
  • Excursion "Experience Africa"(Friday 7 September 2018)
  • Networking Dinner (Friday 7 September 2018)
  • Any transfers related to the social programme
  • List of participants

Please note: A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the IAP Secretariat (ed@iap-association.org). Any bank charges for remittance are to be borne by the payer.

Registration Acknowledgement

When payment has been succesfully processed the Conference Secretariat will send a letter (voucher) confirming the participation in the conference. If this letter has not been received within two weeks from your bank transfer please contact the Conference Secretariat.
