Accommodation

A number of hotel rooms has been pre-reserved at Lesedi Cultural Village’s The County Venue Hotel at favourable rates throughout the conference period 5 - 7 September 2018. To guarantee the special rate, reservations must be made through Lesedi Cultural Village by e-mailing Tebogo at:  functions@lesedi.com. Reservations made directly on the website will not qualify for the special rates.

Please also provide information whether you will need the hotel shuttle service from the airport as well as your estimated date and time of arrival. This service can be arranged at an extra cost that will be provided by the venue on reservation.

Room Categories and Rates

The Venue Country Hotel Rooms:

The hotel holds a certain block of rooms for this event, which will be allocated on a "first-come first-served" basis. Participants are therefore strongly recommended to make their reservations as soon as possible

• Standard double room @ 885 ZAR (approx. 60 €) per person per night.
• Standard twin bed room @ 885 ZAR (approx. 60 €) per person per night.

The hotel has no single supplement charge.

This rate includes dinner on 5 September 2018 at Lesedi Cultural Village Restaurant as well as breakfast daily.

All rooms have tea and coffee station, bottled water, heater, fan, hairdryer hotel amenities e.g  bath soap, lotion shower caps etc.
