The IAP is pleased to announce the publication of
‘The Status and Role of Prosecutors-A UNODC and IAP Guide’ which is the result of collaboration between the Justice Section, Division for Operations, UNODC
and the IAP membership and which draws upon the United Nations Guidelines on the Role of Prosecutors and the IAP Standards of Professional Responsibility and Statement of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Prosecutors(The IAP Standards) and seeks to illustrate and exemplify those standards with reference to criminal justice systems within various jurisdictions.
The Guide will be launched during the forthcoming 19th IAP Annual Conference and General Meeting in Dubai on at 16.30 on Wednesday 26 November 2014
