The European Commission has decided to fund the project "Building a Comprehensive Criminal Justice Response to Hate Crime" with EUR 846.292. The project is lead by OSCE and has the IAP partnering in full. Other partners include UNHCR, the Commissioner for Rights (Pl), the Ministry of Justice, Transparancy and Human Rights (El) and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (IT).

Building on the very successful earlier collaboration as associated partner with the OSCE, the IAP in this bid expanded its role to full partner, taking on a more active role in delivering on the outputs of this important regional project. Building on its strong membership base and its global reach and experience, the IAP will be participating in both training initiatives, in the promulgation of learning material and other capacity building initiatives, and in strategy building initiatives.
