The OHCHR (Office of High Commissioner of Human Rights) is running a project to identify the challenges in prosecuting crimes committed by corporations with a view to drawing up a set of guidelines. There is also a similar parrallel project being run by Amnesty International and ICAR (International Corporate Accountaility Roundtable) which is looking at much the same thing but confined to gross human rights abuses - they have combined forces to design a consultation exercise comprising interviews with individual prosecutors until end of August 2015 and also collecting responses to a questionnaire which we have agreed to distribute electronically to all IAP members and to place on IAP website.

Please note: It is also anticipated that OHCHR will be present during the 20th IAP Annual Conference and General meeting hosted in Zurich, Switzerland 13 - 17 September 2015 and will take the opportunity to interview those prosecutors, who may have information of value.
